Electrical Engineering XYZ answer on Why Iron Losses are constant at all loads in Electrical Transformers
In an electrical transformer, the induced primary ampere turns and secondary ampere turns always neutralize each other, as a result, the flux in core on any load is same as it is on no-load. As a result, iron losses are constant and are independent of load.
